Shipping Policy
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we delier any of the goods listed on our website; https://www.matahariinteriors.co.uk.
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow upto 2 weeks to process and deliver your Order. Expect an email within 24 hrs to confirm your Order and 2-3 days to confirm a delivery date.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-3days for small items and 1-2 weeks for large items using a 2 man delivery service. Our delivery fees can be found on our delivery page here - Delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note - for multiple items on a single order, only one delivery charge is required.
STORE PICKUP: Orders can be picked up between Monday-Friday, from 9am to 5pm from our warehouse in Altrincham. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY: During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within mainland UK. If this delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for this delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
​​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We can offer international shipping outside of mainland UK on request. The timelines for international shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination so please email info@matahariinteriors.co.uk to request extended delivery. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Matahari Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@matahariinteriors.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

​DELIVERY: ​Delivery of the Order shall be completed when we deliver the Goods to you or you collect them from us as set out in the Order Confirmation. We will take reasonable steps to meet the delivery date set out on the Order or as otherwise agreed between us. However, occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so cannot be guaranteed. We will let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay and will arrange a new delivery date with you. If we miss the delivery deadline for any Goods set out in the Order then you may cancel your Order straight away if any of the following apply:
1. we have refused to deliver the Goods
2. delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances)
3. You told us before we accepted your Order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential
