Delivery 

As an independent business, we like to give you the best value for the price you pay. We don’t intend to make a profit from delivering orders and our rates are based on single charges even if there are multiple products in the order.​

We are proud to have partnered with Xpand logistics based in Altrincham, Cheshire who specialise in furniture installation and white glove delivery.  

​

For small items we use a DPD or DHL delivery service. For all larger furniture items, we provide a 2 person white-glove delivery service which includes delivery to a ground floor location, installation of legs on a table and removing any packaging.

Delivery at your convenience

Important! Please ensure you measure your space correctly before placing your order including all access areas. Be sure to consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces as your furniture may need to be manoeuvred through these spaces. Please also remember to ensure that access from outside into the house is also checked for clearance and accessibility for furniture. If for any reason you require large furniture placing in a less accessible area, for example on a second floor, please let us know on placement of an order and we will support as best we can which may include  a 3-person delivery team.

Delivery fees & Lead time

Small Parcel: £9.95 - Royal Mail, DHL or DPD for packages under 10kg

UK Mainland: Up to 7 working days. A signature is required upon receipt.
Heavy/ Large Parcel: £25 -
DHL or DPD for packages between 10-30kg

UK Mainland: Up to 7 working days. A signature is required upon receipt.
Furniture: £80 - Specialised delivery using a 2-man white glove service 

UK Mainland: Up to 15 working days. You will be contacted with a delivery day and two hour time slot. A signature is required upon receipt.

Item sizes and costs are specified at checkout

Our delivery fees apply to deliveries made to mainland UK addresses. All delivery charges apply per order, and not per item; you will only pay for the largest item/service in your order. To reduce emissions and negative environmental impacts, if you’ve ordered furniture items with standard delivery items we will process and dispatch everything together. This means that your total order will be delivered together, using the most appropriate service at a time to suit you.

Delivery of items in stock normally takes between 7-14 days and we can be flexible to your schedule.​

For items not in stock, these can be pre-ordered for our next shipment. Please contact us directly for specific delivery dates on items not in stock

Mainland UK deliveries

​You will receive a notification on an allocated delivery day for the delivery time slot and can manage any changes directly with the courier. Timing of courier deliveries will be arranged directly between the courier and yourself once they have collected your order from our premises and this will depend upon the delivery address and scheduled commitments for that date; we will always do our best to accommodate the best day and time for you.
* Please check items carefully on receipt, couriers will not accept responsibility for damage in transit unless this is highlighted at the time of delivery. Couriers will assume that signed for item(s) indicates the delivery has been checked and is in an acceptable condition, if the delivery has not been unwrapped and checked you must state this next to the signature.
 

Outside mainland UK & International deliveries
We can deliver to outlying UK islands and the rest of the world, to do so you should complete your order online and we will contact you within a working day after your order has been processed as we will need to add to the standard delivery fee*.

 Large or heavy items being shipped overseas will be created and delivered to the kerbside outside, or nearest to, the property address; depending upon the forwarding company, a surcharge can be paid to deliver into your home and to remove and take away all packaging.
Once you have accepted and paid the shipping fee, we will dispatch it to the shipping agent. This fee covers the forwarding and shipping costs, this does not cover any additional local or customs charges which may apply, it is your responsibility to check with the relevant authorities.
* Where delivery is to an outlying UK island or overseas address and a quote is required, complete placing your order and our customer service team will be in touch with more information. If you then change your mind about your order, we will refund the price paid in full.
