Refund policy

 

Your experience with Matahari is very important to us. We want you to be delighted with every piece you order, but if something isn’t quite right, our no-fuss returns policy makes it simple.

Standard Returns

  • You may return any undamaged, non-bespoke item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds cover the item price only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • If you return an item because you changed your mind, return delivery fees will be deducted from your refund. For large items, this is typically £100–£125 depending on location.

Returning Small Items

  • Return by post (Royal Mail) or in person to our warehouse during opening hours.

  • Please include your proof of purchase and ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging.

Returning Large Items

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if damaged or faulty.

  • Send photographs where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Do not attempt repairs yourself or via a third party, as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, replacement, or compensation.

  • If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange collection and cover all return costs.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

  • Bespoke items are made especially for you and cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed, unless the item does not match the agreed specification.
