Delivery Information
At Matahari Interiors, we want your order to reach you safely and conveniently. We are pleased to offer free delivery to mainland UK on all items.
Our Delivery Partners
We work with XPand Logistics, based in Altrincham, Cheshire, who specialise in furniture logistics with a state-of-the-art warehouse. For smaller items, we use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.
Delivery Services

Small Parcels (under 10kg): Delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. Delivery within 7 days. Signature required.

Medium Parcels (10–30kg): Delivered by DPD or DHL. Delivery within 7 days. Signature required.

Large Furniture (over 30kg): Delivered by a 2-person white glove service within 14 days. Includes delivery to a ground floor location, basic assembly (e.g. attaching table legs), and removal of packaging. You will be contacted with a delivery day and time slot.
Preparing for Delivery
Please ensure you measure your space carefully before placing your order, including staircases, doorways, and tight access points. If you require delivery to a less accessible area (such as an upper floor), please let us know when placing your order so we can arrange a 3-person team if required.
Delivery Lead Times

Items in stock: Usually 7–14 days, flexible to your schedule.

Pre-ordered items: We will confirm estimated delivery when your next shipment arrives.
Large Item Deliveries

You will receive a delivery slot notification from the courier once your order has been collected.

Please check items carefully on receipt. If damage is visible, note this on the courier’s paperwork. If you have not been able to unwrap and check the item fully, please sign as “unchecked.”

Couriers cannot accept responsibility for damage not reported at the time of delivery.
Environmental Commitment
To reduce emissions, if your order includes both small items and furniture, we will deliver everything together using the most appropriate service.
Outside Mainland UK & International Deliveries
We deliver to outlying UK islands and overseas.

After you place your order, we will contact you within one working day with a shipping quote.

Large or heavy items shipped overseas are delivered kerbside. Some forwarding agents may offer in-home delivery and packaging removal for an additional charge.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.
If you decide not to proceed after receiving your international shipping quote, we will refund your order in full.
